Our Rooms

Our rooms, all with private bathroom, are four, they are simple and full of love. They have everything you need, intimacy, sobriety and light, there is no shortage of small comforts, they are welcoming and not at all anonymous, therefore they just wait to be lived.

Furnished with furniture made by local craftsmen, with wood and iron, where it has been possible, revitalized. All our furnishings and fabrics are natural, because we have given maximum attention to the surrounding place even more to environmental sustainability.

All our mattresses and box spring are produced by Simmons and are hypoallergenic

The ensuite bathroom is spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with a bidet. The shower is large (with shower trays up to 185 cm) and therefore very comfortable. All water points are optimized to safeguard this important resource,  (for more information click here), but without neglecting the comforts, in short, what we call “a beautiful bathroom!“

All the rooms have a private outdoor space, in fact three have a small patio that opens onto thegarden and swimming pool. One has a private space in the garden that can be accessed independently, to spend a quiet holiday … but if you really don’t want to leave work, you can integrate work and relaxation with smart working thanks to the wi-fi and cable connection (available in every room).

In all our B&B  we guarantee hygiene and, in particular, We guarantee the hygiene of the linen as we use  cutting-edge.   textile sanitation industries and certified UNI EN 14065: 2004, the European regulation on microbiological control.

Our house does not have spaces suitable for children, so we decided to make “Lo Spada Rooms B&B” an Adults Only Accommodation. Ideal place for relaxing, regenerating and serene stays for which we accept stays only for people over 14 years. (We will be happy to recommend local B &B that satisfy the family market well)

Pets are not allowed – We love animals, but we do not have a structure that can accommodate them, of any race and size. So we cannot welcome cats, dogs, deer, chickens or elephants!
